2019 Course

I am looking for volunteer course participants who would like to explore mindfulness in a group setting. If you are interested in developing a mindfulness practice, I would like to invite you to attend the course.
All I request is a donation to cover the course book (£15) and if possible attendance of at least 6 out of the 8 classes.
In addition, being open to doing some home practice (a total of 20-45 mins spread throughout the day) is recommended for best results.
Topics covered in weeks missed can be caught up in your own time using the workbook.
