An opportunity to practice mindfulness in a group. Open to those who have completed an 8 week mindfulness course or equivalent.

By coming along to the monthly mindfulness meeting you become part of a local community of mindfulness practitioners. The group come together monthly to sit, reflect on personal practice, and to offer kindness, support and inspiration to one another as we continue on our journey of personal development.

For example, each session may start with a short sit of around 5-10 minutes, allowing us time to settle and fully arrive together. This is followed with time to check-in with each other. We then practice for around 20 mins followed by a practice reflection either around a particular theme or whatever is alive for people in the room. We then finish with another practice to end the session.
